Youtube Won't open on my profile

Discus and support Youtube Won't open on my profile in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; so whenever i open up YouTube on my account It opens up like normal says It's loading Goes back into the app and the exits to show me the same pop up...     Youtube Won't open on my profile


    so whenever i open up YouTube on my account It opens up like normal says It's loading Goes back into the app and the exits to show me the same pop up over and over and over again until i Log out or shut the Xbox off. if i open up youtube on my dad's account it opens just fine. 1. why? 2 How come it loads fine on my dad's account?

    I have the exact same problem, last time all i did was let my console rest for a bit and youtube start to work again

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to an issue with the Youtube App. However, I checked on Xbox's end which is https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status but there are no reported issues yet as well as on YouTube's end.

    We will be performing troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and resetting your network hardware:

    "1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

    Thank you very much, don't know why I didn't try this already haha
    The first to try when any of your apps/games not get launched should be to completely quite the app/game by pressing the menu button while selecting the app/game tile, and if that doesn't work power cycle should fix it.

    Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.
