YouTube video unknown error

My issue is that whenever I play a video on my Xbox One S, it's normal and plays just fine until it ends. Normally it would go to a restart video screen or an auto play screen if that function is turned on but for me, when a video ends it just sends me back to the YouTube dashboard. I uninstalled and installed and even restarted my console but it still does it. Would be much appreciated if I could get some help

Try to turn off the console, and unplug the power cord, then wait for 1 to 2 minutes to plug it back in and turn on the console!

If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the issue keeps on happening, try to soft reset the console by; Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Oh and by the way I cant use Interet Explorer / Youtube due to some unknown errors yet i can use Netflix and watch movies online.

I am also having a problem right now where the Youtube app isn't uploading videos. It was working fine two days ago when I last uploaded a video to YouTube. But sometime later, the app wasn't able to upload. When I selected a video to upload, the app showed
the progress bar of the video uploading, then the app informed when the upload was 100% complete, but when I went to my YouTube video manager, the video would not appear. My YouTube page would say the Upload Failed: Cannot process file. I also noticed that
the YouTube app on Xbox was suspiciously uploading a 9 minute long video too fast. Normally when I upload a video that long, it takes a while, but when this error occurred, the YouTube app was speeding too fast to be believable. Maybe that has something to
do with it.
