YouTube on Xbox One keeps crashing

Yesterday the YouTube App on my Xbox One began saying that YouTube was unavailable and to try again later every time I opened the app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now every time I try to open the app it crashes my Xbox and I have to turn
it back on again. Looking for a solution here please help.

Happens mostly after i exit youtube and try to start a game or other app. shuts the xbox right off. even if i quit youtube entirely.

We are sorry this issue came up but rest assured we are here to assist! First things first we suggest removing and re-downloading the YouTube app. If after this is done, the issue persists, then
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.

The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Mine does the same and I have not seen any solutions to this problem, I even tried to contact support and that did not help much.

Yea Mine was fine until this stupid update tried uninstalling in it the catch thing unplugged it waited then rebooted it reinstalled it called for help didn't get any help. So I backed all games did a master reset wiped it out and the reinstalled you tube
and nothing. I'm so ready to go back to s PlayStation 4 at least they admitt they have problem with 24 hours. Xbox is coming a joke

i got the same problem with the xbox one s..keeps crashing after switching between apps and games...mostly when i'm useing or have used youtube and then go back to game its crashes 99% of the time...but not only with youtube but its the most common
