Youtube loads to blank screen

Can you try clearing your cache for your storage devices?

Head to Settings>System>Storage then select each storage device that you have on your console press Y and select Clear Cache.

The restart your console.

I have tried all that has been suggested on the Blank screen troubleshooter (excluding the request repair)

If no other suggestions then it will be going back to the store for replacement

blank screen troubleshooter. Also try different HDMI ports on the TV. Try this out and let us know.

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support again. I'm sorry to hear about your Fortnite start up issue. Are you having any issues with any other games (if you have any)?

Have you tried uninstalling / reinstalling the game again? Perhaps the game / or a game update did not fully install properly not allowing it to load up at the start.
