    YouTube Linking Glitch


    I'm having an issue with my YouTube app where when I link it to my phone and select a video and it will play just fine, but when I do anything else on my phone or even lock it and then return to the YouTube app it immediately exits the video. And if I disconnect
    my phone from my Xbox it closes the YouTube app on my Xbox. The only cause to this is if I do anything on my phone or lock it, if I stay on the app and don't lock or leave the app on my phone it works. Is there a known issue that causes this or am I alone?

    YouTube linking (crashing)

    Hi everyone,

    1st post so I hope your all well. YouTube Linking Glitch :)

    I'm experiencing a problem with the YouTube app and whilst I've tried to find a solution online, I'm not getting any further. Once I download the app, it works fine - I can navigate, watch videos - all is well. However, when linking my account, once the
    app refreshes on the 360 (after typing in my link code on my laptop), the app throws me back to the dashboard. If I then click on YouTube again, I get the loading page but the screen then goes black and once again, back to the dashboard.

    If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated. I noticed the app was down for the last 2 days (and now states up and running on the live status page), but I'm still experiencing this error so hopefully someone out there can help!

    Did you have to go to elite.callofduty.com and register?

    I was able to use Elite on the Xbox for the last year. I never went to the website before today. I had to register and link my Xbox account just now. There's still no recent activity showing up in my player feed on the website though... but all my stats
    and previous games are there.

    ^ That's what's weird. The videos are in my theater, but on the Elite website it says my vault is empty. YouTube probably won't have an issue getting them if they were actually in Elite. Normally I wouldn't care, as I'm not a super badass player that
    wants to share tons of content with people, but I did just do one of the most badass things I've ever done (tomahawk to an RC car for a kill) and want to share it with friends on Facebook (and here).

    It'd be nice if Activision's support page actually seemed to give a crap. There's no way to contact anyone unless I want to wait 120 minutes for an online chat, or call them (which probably also has a long wait). There's no link on their support webpage
    to just e-mail them... or even open a support request.
