Im having the same issue. Why do i have to pay for a service that doesnt work when i want to use it?! Pay for $100 game and cant play it because its purchased content and the servers are down.

2. Have you done any changes on your account prior to the issue?

3. Have you tried to sign in to your account using an Xbox console?
