YouTube & Disney+ app not launching

Discus and support YouTube & Disney+ app not launching in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So basically i just got an xbox one x.     YouTube & Disney+ app not launching


    So basically i just got an xbox one x. Ive installed the youtube and disney+ apps, yet when i try to start them up, youtube brings me to a black screen and then crashes back to the xbox home page after a minute and disney+ brings me to the disney+ splash
    screen (which is dimmed for some reason) and then after a moment shows me an error message saying ‘For some reason disney+ has taken too long to start. (0x8027025a)’.

    Ive tried restarting the apps multiple times.

    Ive tried reinstalling the apps multiple times.

    Ive also tried full factory resets (removing everything including games and apps) multiple times.

    Yet nothing works. Ive tried other apps such as skype and they work fine, its just Disney+ and Youtube that wont open.

    If anyone has a suggestion or solution to fix this, i would be very appreciated. Thank you.
