Youtube Crashing

same thing happened to me! I loaded in normal and played some destiny. after my team beat the raid in the game we went back to the social area . stood around for 10, 20 minutes and then it got quiet and my Xbox one just turned off. so I got off for a hour
then I got back on and it was working normal so I thought id just watch YouTube for a bit and it was loading in, and my Xbox turned off.

I can do everything else but that!!! they said they sent a forum or link to my email but I haven't seen anything yet! I hope its just a bug because it was just released for us preview program users

 

Same thing happened to me. Thanks for the cool preview that removes features!

 

I try to use the youtube app and then my system turns off..... I did all the required trouble shooting and still can not use my favorite app this blows.

 

Sometimes it looks like we are used as Alpha testers instead of Beta testers. An sad to see support is to lazy to move topic to Preview forum as soon "Mister Beep" will come cry it's in the wrong section.

 

Same here. Loads up youtube and my console shuts off every single time. Please fix this XBL

 

Having same problems every time I run youtube app xbox one will reset just as youtube wants to come on ,,this is the second day please help xbox

SameThing happened to me but a little different at first i got an error warning so i uninstulled the app and from the on it crashes my xbox, this is perticully anoying because i spend hours on youtube. I hope xbox read there forums and i hope this gets fixed
soon. Because im so bored ill give my gamertag if anyone wants to go on a game with me. ' ETHIC RAP I '.

Same exact problem here and I am a preview member. YouTube screen loads and the console shuts down. Started happening a few days ago. Xbox One just released another update today, but problem remains.

 

same here it happen yesterday morning I try to go on youtube as it the app I use the most and my xbox just turn off I have try everything I can think of but nothing work.

if anyone finds a way to fix it pls tell me
