Youtube Crash and Netflix voice commands

Is the Kinect picking up on the movie audio itself and mistaking it for a voice command? It's been known to happen.... I've had it happen with Netflix and Youtube.

If it is bugging out and muting audio randomly then I'm not sure what to suggest.

This is ridiculous. My voice commands work to some degree but not nearly as well as they worked a few patches ago.

This just seems like the Microsoft way. They were ahead of the game with the Kinect but caved to social media.

They had voice-recognition early on but instead of making it better, they've made it worse. And now the world is moving to Voice Commands and they're going away from them.

Netflix has notoriously been a **** user interface when it came to the Xbox One and even worse when you tried to use voice control. I don't blame Microsoft for that. Amazon can work for a bit, but when you try to use the Confirm Screen "Yes/Cancel", you're
stuck unless you have your controller out.

You killed gestures. You've wrecked Voice Control. This was my first foray into the Xbox side of things (had a PS3 before my XBOne) and it looks like it will be my last. And yes, I tried "Cortana". Sad, sad. Disabled it after about a week of frustration.

actually use netflix xbox

there is more features on netflix xbox then any other device

kinect netflix voice and gesture commands

netflix parties

(would only function with gold anyways)

netflix search using voice (coming this fall)

They should ditch YouTube's own ghetto voice command system in exchange for the Xbox One's universal voice commands like the rest of the apps.
