Please try the everything in the following order:
delete your profile (profile only),
clear system cache (3 times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

Thank you so much my profile was doing the same thing but I just redownloaded my profile and it works just fine now.

If I understanding right you're getting randomly disconnected for Xbox live correct?

• If i'm correct first run a Live connection test it should go through without a problem, but this alone can sometimes fix random disconnects.
  
• If that doesn't fix it clear your cache:
  support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
• And last redownload your profile (You don't have to delete it):
  
  support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

This is happening to me also its so frustrating i'm almost just putting up with it, plz help!!!
