YouTube Audio audio out of sync issue within 15 seconds of any video

I've tried the network hardware restart, but that hasn't fixed the issue. The video and audio are still out of sync.

Because i seen if i put to 480p i dont have that problem but when its on 1080p or 720p it does it so i think is 60fps bug on youtube because its only on new gen but not on old ones
