Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. Robson, we understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with an app not working as intended.

What is currently the problem that you are experiencing?

If you haven't already, we would recommend that you
delete the app, and re-download it.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Go to the Settings hub, and choose
   System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select Hard Drive.
4. Select Apps.
5. Select the apps that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.

The article I provided give instructions for deleting a game off your hard drive, however, with the minor tweaks provided in this post you should be able to delete this app.
