YouTube app won't work on my profile.

The app usually works fine, but tonight something went wrong and now my app won't work. I was watching a video and when I returned to the guide, my app froze. I restarted my console and app, but my YouTube guide will not work. Instead it displays the message
"Sorry, but the rest of this Guide isn't available right now".

Videos from the recommended channels will not load at all, instead I see "Playback Error- A network error had occurred. Please check your network connection". Thumbnails won't display either.

I've deleted the app, along with my profile settings and title update, three times. I cleared my system cache, twice. Restarted my connection, twice. And I redownloaded my profile, but the app still won't work on this gamertag. I've tried
another gamertag on the same console, and the surprisingly app works. Ideally, I would like it to work on my gamertag... but I seem to be out of options.

Any help and advice would greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

My YouTube App won't work, everytime I go on it, my console shuts down. What should I do? BTW gamertag is

 

Xbox One Remote doesn't work with certain app?

I have the remote and it works with my youtube app. What it won't do is adjust volume on my tv. when I am watching live tv

 

Now it won't work on the other gamertag. This is disheartening.
