Youtube App won't restart previously viewed videos

    Youtube App won't restart previously viewed videos


    Ok, so this seems to me to be a pretty strange issue, but if I have previously started to watch a video on the Xbox YouTube app and, for some reason not finished watching it (i.e. stopped the video halfway through), if I try to watch that same video later
    it will not restart.

    What I get is the "Youtube is busy" spinner in the middle of my tv, then.....nothing. If that video is from a single source on youtube, then I just can't watch it......ever. Well, I can finish watching it on another device, i.e in a browser, or on my phone,
    which means that it will then start from the beginning on the xbox app, but that's a bit of a pain.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    YouTube - Uploading Issue

    I've encountered a problem with the most recent YouTube update for the Xbox One. That being that now it seems I cannot upload videos from my game dvr onto YouTube. Which is quite a problem for Xbox One Gaming channels, me included.

    Whereasy previously videos could be directly uploaded through the YouTube app.

    The Xbox Video app has replaced Zune. Please use that for viewing videos you've purchase previously.

    why be forced to use youtube app instead of on explorer?

    The YouTube site does work in explorer app. I use it a lot. I have no issues viewing videos on YouTube in explorer app.

    Youtube app is censored. A lot of music videos have been removed due to content restrictions.

    Totally pointless app if I can't view the full youtube.

    Seems totally pointless to me forcing me to use my PC to view music videos.

    Agreed. Especially on the iPhone it seems like it should have been easy to link to YouTube videos from the App.
