Youtube app won't load

I know the problem your having.

I had the same when the new cod droped and got that black screen. About a week later it stoped.

have you tryed to deinstall and reinstall the app?

If deleting the application and reinstalling it does not work, I recommend that you contact xbox support but by call to see what is happening

really I have another post up about borderlands 3, destiny 2 and youtube app all have turned my xbox one off, I have also seen other posts about the new cod game doing the same.

I have unistalled and reinstalled it I have also done a factory reset and it still happens it will work fine for a few months then all of a sudden it won't load. I get black screen even if i hit guide button I get the sound but no pop up on left side of
screen. I have to hold down the guide button to get the what will you like to do option to come up just to get it to go back to home page

You might need to hard restart your Xbox.
