Discus and support youtube app wont load videos. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so when I use youtube on xbox one when I click on a video it will go into the video and display everything like the title and the video bar but won't...     youtube app wont load videos.


    so when I use youtube on xbox one when I click on a video it will go into the video and display everything like the title and the video bar but won't load the video itself I have tried lots of things including Hard resetting the console, disconnecting
    and reconnecting from the internet, signing in and out of xbl and uninstalling and reinstalling the app without anything working and I don't know why it won't work please help.

    My youtube App doesn't even work. About 70% of my videos wont load and when a video does finally load my navigation menu doesn't appear when it finishes.

    I have got to ask, Why don't you just watch youtube on Internet Explorer?

    -

    On IE you get full service (unlike the limited service you get on the youtube app) and all videos use HTML5. Plus all the videos load really quickly. Sometimes they actually load quicker than Firefox.

    If I remember correctly, after a video finishes playing on the YouTube app, it automatically loads and plays the most related video next in line.

    It happened to me, when the YouTube app attempted to load a thumbnail image for a video that had been deleted. Hopefully this will shed light on the cause.
