Youtube app wont let me sign in to my account

For some dumb reason Xbox signed me out of my YT account. So I go to the youtube.com/activate, first with my phone, and then my computer, just to be sure and i get an error that says "something went wrong sign in faile" even though it says it was successful
on my phone/computer....what is going on with this service?!

if you haven't tried it yet, please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

is a bug sometimes when I start YouTube on my console it appears that my YouTube account is not linked in my case is solved with time I only recommend that you link your account when that happens to you

Hi!

In addition to clearing the cache, as suggested, try to delete your profile from your console and re-download it. There may be some corrupt data that prevents the app from working properly.

it lets me sign in no problem on the app, but when I try to add the account to my xbox it wont let me and tells me to use the Microsoft account password
