Youtube app wont install

So for about a month now, I haven't been able to use my youtube app on Xbox one. At first I figured there was just a problem with youtube, so I waited. A few days later it still wouldn't work, so I uninstalled it, but now it wont re install. Everytime I
try, it downloads as usual, and gets to 99% before it says installation stopped. It gives me a code, which is 0x80073cf6, to look up. The thing is that code doesn't come up with anything when I enter it on Xbox.com/errorhelp. Ive tried everything like hard
resetting to re downloading my profile, but it just wont work. Yet when I try to use youtube on a friends Xbox it works fine. Anyone have a solution or tip for my situation?

Ok, I used to use the youtube app alot on my xbox one and a while back it got uninstalled on my console. Ever since this happened Ive been trying to install it back but it fails to download. The app gets to 100% and i get an error code. Nothing seems to
fix it so far. If anyone can yep please send me a reply thanks.

 

Oh man, AgentOfWarX47! Sorry you're having problems installing Youtube on the One. And I'm also sad that the error code doesn't seem to have any fixes right now.

I see you've tried to do a hard reset and redownloading your profile, but that didn't work. When you hard reset it, what exactly did you do? Did you hold down the power button for 5-8 seconds, or did you unplug the console for 30 seconds or a minute?

Are you able to download it with another profile on the Xbox One? And are you trying to install it onto an external hard drive, or the internal hard drive on the console?

Get back to us and we'll go from there!

 

I've got that code with destiny And honestly I'm quite infuriated about It. YOU DESIGNED the Damn console So why can't you understand What It's saying seriously. I didn't wait over a year Just to have my fun cut in half by some incompetent workers who put
in a code that they Don't understand. It's Not really cool Microsoft. Don't make a code for should error you Don't understand. Seriously.

 

Im in the same boat as OneOfTheGhouls It is freaking redulous that i spent $100 and i cant play my game because of these issues. I have been on the chats and on the phone with people since midnight and i am fed up with this. You should know how to correct
this issue.

 

Same here about 6 weeks waiting a solution and still nothing came up cmon

 

Have done a factory reset didnt work too now i have to install all my [Mod Removed] again and youtube is broken
