YOUTUBE APP STILL BROKEN

Thanks for reaching out. From my understanding, the console only shuts off when trying to use YouTube and no other app, correct? A hard reset, power reset/unplugged the power cord, and full factory reset have been done to the console. Also, it was stated
that sending it in for a repair is out the question.

Try signing into another profile and see if it causes the console to shut off at that time as well. Also, I would like to add that we recently rolled out the

October 2018 update for everyone.

If possible please report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

1. On your console, install the
   Xbox
   Insider Hub app (if you don’t already have it)
2. Hold down the
   Xbox
   button on the controller
3. On the power menu, select
   Report a problem

*Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and
if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

And again I have done everything I was instructed to do when I chatted with fellow Xbox gamers.

have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, hopefully that fixes the issue.

As I said before I'm not sending in my system to be repaired regardless of whether I have to pay or not. If Microsoft can't or won't fix the app then I'll just have to look for something else.
