YouTube app shuts down xbox one

Discus and support YouTube app shuts down xbox one in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I go to open the YouTube app on my xbox one, it just makes my xbox shut itself off. Any suggestions on how to fix it?... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by MatthewL320, Oct 29, 2015.

    YouTube app shuts down xbox one


    When I go to open the YouTube app on my xbox one, it just makes my xbox shut itself off. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    My YouTube App won't work, everytime I go on it, my console shuts down. What should I do? BTW gamertag is

    Xbox shuts off when using a app, then starting a game. Or vise versa

    If im using a app, example youtube/microsoft edge. And I launch a game while the app is running. It immediately shuts my console completely down. To where i have to do a full reboot to get to my home screen.

    Like wise if im playing a game, example fallout 4. And i launch a app, (youtube/microsoft edge) then go back to the game. It instantly crashes my system and completely shuts down.

    This has been going on for the last two months, and i have no idea why.

    Xbox support, what is my problem?

    Getting the same problem here... I think it's widespread... With nxe dashboard and YouTube incompatibility

    I went and bought a new xbox one yesterday and it is shutting down in 30 minutes games or YouTube it doesn't matter.
