YouTube app showing videos in 480p after latest update.

After the latest update that made the Xbox One internet download speeds faster, I've noticed that the videos on about half of them are showing in 480p resolution, even though they have the HD tag to them. I have hard reset the console, unplugged all cables
and reconnected, reset internet modem, check speeds (150d/55u) and nothing has corrected the issue. Not sure if anyone else is having this same problem. Have submitted a ticket through the report a problem with a screenshot and video showing the stats for
nerds option in YouTube.

Youtube app is now useless (can't play 60fps and people are updating all channel videos to 60fps)

The app is now useless since you can change the uploads you did before and update them to 60fps and after that they won't play anymore on Xbox (for example Youtuber "theradbrad"). If user uploads or updates their videos to 60fps then the useless Xbox
can't go to HD but will stay at 480p which is very bad especially on big screens. Basically I can't watch lets play videos on Xbox anymore because new ones are always uploaded @60fps and some are even updating their old videos to 60fps. Is this going to be
fixed or do I just need to get Chromecast etc.?

 

Youtube App issues

For some reason the app has changed the way in which 'watch later works'rather than showing videos in the order of when they are added, for some reason its started showing the last video added first which is a nightmare for watching a series of something
if added via 'watch later'. I have also noticed that after watching a few videos the app freezes, you have to go to search and back and then it will work, only since the app updated itself last week, hopefully only a temp problem.

This isn't something we've seen here at all, it's good that you reported the issue, but have you also tried to re-download the app and see if that helped?
