YouTube App Resetting Xbox One, anyone?

So, it's just happened recently, and whenever I start up Youtube, my Xbox One just shuts down completely and won't connect to the Internet!

Is that happening to anyone else??

YouTube App Help!

Hi, I have been trying to get the YouTube app working on my Xbox One for a long time now.

It says "A network error has occurred" and "YouTube is unavailable. Please try again later." when I run the App.

I have tried...

- factory resetting Xbox One

- Resetting Router

- Checking NAT settings

- Uninstall / Reinstall the app (a dozen + times)

Any help?

 

youtube app bug?

every time I turn on my Xbox the YouTube app loses pairing data with my phone. I have to pair it again. The phone is a Samsung and works fine with the smart TV YouTube app. I've reset the app on the phone but no luck.

Anyone else suffering from this problem?

I think that's also the same reason I can't play tales from the borderlands too I think that's the reason I can't play cause of that problem I hope they fix it

 

Same problem. I get past the red screen then I sit at the greyish black screen and it shuts down shortly after getting there

 

Just noticed it was doing to me.

 

Ditto, I've tried removing the YouTube app and re-installing it; also moving it to another drive... all to no avail.

I hope this gets fixed asap.

 

Microsoft Rep stated that they are aware of this problem and that they are working on a fix.

I wish they would update the Xbox Live Status page that still says that YouTube is up and running when it clearly is not. Also use the dashboard app to report the error through the Xbox One

 

Any one else getting the flashing screen?

 

I'm not getting a flashing screen, but I have having the same problems. Youtube stars up, red loading screen, then I'm able to see my videos for about two seconds and then shuts off. I believe it's just the preview members having this problems because I
have friends who aren't apart of the preview program and there able to watch YouTube just fine.

 

Same concept hope they get it fixed soon. I wonder if is something with the profiles since it crashes with my account but not with my wife's and the resolution of the app is a bit off when it's being launched

 

And yes I believe it's only affecting preview members
