YouTube App on XboxOne "Device attached" Not by Owner, Hack?

I was using my xbox one with the Crunchy Roll App, when suddenly The Achievement for attaching/linking a device to youtube App goes off, then the App for Youtube opens and starts playing random videos. I quickly picked up my controller and turned off youtube
and then checked linked apps. There was a Ipad attached. I do not own an Ipad nor do I have something to attach to the App. I removed the app from linked devices. Can someone hack an xbox through 3rd party apps? Should/can I delete youtube app? How can this
happen? It is a brand new xbox one, only myself and my wife have access. Any advice would be appreciated.

    :)

I would advise calling customer support then try option 2, before that change the password to your modem or router.

Sick of xbox not working, today is no you tube day,

You do realize that the apps are not run or maintained by Microsoft, right? The YouTube app is made, run, and supported by YouTube. Microsoft Support will do what they can to get things going, which typically will entail them working with the owner of the
app (in this case YouTube) to fix the issue.

Xbox One open YouTube with YouTube Phone App -_-

Not sure how that's possible, if you're signed into your XboxOne (with your account) at the time. You should have control over it, not him - regardless of the youtube app, on his phone.

Hacked off - feeling that I am being held to ransom

Apps, select Browse Apps, you'll see : tv, video, music, games and social tabs. Select video and then on the bottom right select See All. If YouTube isn't there then it's really odd because every 360 owner should have Youtube.
