Youtube app on xbox one is slow

I turned on stats for nerds and it says my connection is 1mbps when I'm on a 60mbps network. I've restarted both my xbox and the router and neither did anything.

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/troubleshoot-slow-game-or-app-downloads-on-xbox-one. Follow the directions to run a speed test on your console and be sure to post back with your results. Also try and delete the YouTube app and download
it again from the store.

 

Install/download times

Hello, as I'm sure you are aware if you're using internet for other things, like youtube, streaming movies, etc it can slow down your downloads.

As for games taking longer to download on the Xbox One, keep in mind that games that are larger in size will take longer (I'm not sure what size games you were downloading on PS4 but just keep that in mind)

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. An article entitled
I Get An Error Message When I Run the Test Multiplayer Connection on Xbox One has a section, your download speed is too slow, to assist with this issue. We recommend power cycling the network and console in this manner. Be sure to let us know the results!

To perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
   
2. Restart your Xbox One console:
   1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Select Restart console.
   4. Select Yes to confirm.
      
      Note If you’re unable to access the guide, or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
      Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
      Xbox button on the console again to restart.
3. Wait five minutes.
4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
   
5. Plug in the rest of your hardware and check to see if you still experience the same connection problem as before.
   

 

As you can see now it's even worse

 

As I said I have already power cycled my xbox and restarted my router with no effect my xbox says there are no issues and shows at least 30 mbps
