Youtube app on 360

I have been a long time user of youtube on xbox 360. never really had any problems with it besides the occasional freezing. this newest update that completely redid the layout is by far the worst update to anything ever on the 360. it is hard to
navigate the playlists of uploaders there are too many recommended playlists, and the buffering for the videos is near constant. I don't know who proposed and made the new update but I would like to go back to the old one if I could.

I have always been signed in to youtube and with the new update I have been logged out twice, had my subscriptions not load, and constantly have to pause videos to let it load so it doesn't stop every few seconds. Microsoft, I love you and have been
a loyal customer for years. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Youtube App faulty?

No worries peps. I tried restarting my Xbox 360 console launced the app, the app launched, and it crashed my Xbox 360 slim console. Deleted and downloaded the app again and wow, the app on Xbox 360 looks just like the Youtube app on Xbox 1. Still puzzled
why Xbox 360's Operating System didn't ask me permission that there was a Youtube app Update. Must of come out within the last 18 hours cuz it wasn't like this last night.

Download the YouTube app to stream online videos on Xbox 360

Sign in with your Xbox Live gamertag.

Go to apps, and then select Browse Apps or Search Apps.

Browse or search for YouTube.

Select YouTube, and then select Confirm Purchase to download and install the app. After the download, the app automatically starts, and you can browse the available content.

To start YouTube later, select My Apps, and then YouTube. You can also start YouTube by selecting Video, and then My Video Apps.

If you have a YouTube account, you can sign in to your YouTube account and access your YouTube subscriptions and playlists.

I have already tried that. The problem is that youtube isn't appearing as available to download. Could you tell me why its not accessible?
