    Youtube app not working


    Dear XboxOne Support,

    I am receiving the error screen with the message "Sorry, could not connect to YouTube" when opening the YouTube app on the Xbox One.

    So far we have tried restarting the console, resetting the router, completely resetting the console and removing all data and various other suggestions. We have also tried looking at the Network Settings and even changing the DNS settings.

    Please could you advise us on how to go about solving this problem. If you require more information then I can give more details of suggestions we have tried and Network Settings.

    I have the EXACT same issue! So frustrating, my OneDrive is more time consuming to deal with, and pointless in my opinion, since I only care to upload to YouTube. No one can seem to answer why it does this

    I'm having trouble with the YouTube app not even opening! I have it pinned and nothing happens when I press the button when the icon's highlighted. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still won't run. :(

    Thanks for the reply guys. I figured it out. After deleting the app from my hard drive, I had to reboot the whole console. Then I redownloaded the app and viola!... it worked again.

    I deleted the app from my hard drive and redownloaded it, still does not work. All I get are the spinning circles on my screen, does not load up.
