YouTube App not showing up in app searches

Thanks for your post. If you've already installed the YouTube application in the past, be sure to check your Xbox Live download history on your console. On that list, all applications and games downloaded in the past, here's how to access it:

View your Xbox Live download history.

No, I haven't downloaded it before with this account so it doesn't show up in the download history.

Thanks for responding. As I posted above, on the youtube app on Xbone with a controller, in the search page, both the thumbsticks when clicked move your cursor from the keys the app displays for typing to the pane that shows what you are typing to search
for.

Download the YouTube app to stream online videos on Xbox 360

Sign in with your Xbox Live gamertag.

Go to apps, and then select Browse Apps or Search Apps.

Browse or search for YouTube.

Select YouTube, and then select Confirm Purchase to download and install the app. After the download, the app automatically starts, and you can browse the available content.

To start YouTube later, select My Apps, and then YouTube. You can also start YouTube by selecting Video, and then My Video Apps.

If you have a YouTube account, you can sign in to your YouTube account and access your YouTube subscriptions and playlists.
