    For the last 4 months the youtube app has launched on its own and always when i'm in a middle of a game

    Games/Apps stuck at xbox home screen

    The settings app and Halo collection are stuck on the quick launch section under where the opened app/game would be.

    For example, If i was to open Assassins Creed then go to Youtube then back to home screen the order of the quick launch section would be:

    Settings - Halo Collection - Youtube - Assassins creed

    I have already hard reset multiple times and restored back to factory settings and its still like this

    Same here. I use my app a lot for looking at news and other things and now I can't unless I am on my laptop or phone. Bummer. I am just about had it with this console and the company. Me and hubby is heavily considering trade in for the PlayStation 4.

    Have you tried holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the problem?

    Same problem here, not only YouTube, but showtime and comedy central do the same thing as well. Received a txt saying app issues resolved this morning and once again nothing has changed. Never had any of these issues for 7 years on the 360!!
