Youtube app keeps crashing back to dashboard

Discus and support Youtube app keeps crashing back to dashboard in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Since I've had my Xbox One X, anytime I'm trying to watch something streaming or a longer video, after about 45 minutes or so the video will freeze up...     Youtube app keeps crashing back to dashboard


    Since I've had my Xbox One X, anytime I'm trying to watch something streaming or a longer video, after about 45 minutes or so the video will freeze up and the app will crash back to the dashboard. It doesn't do this with HULU, HBO Go or any other app, just
    Youtube. Something in the app settings I might need to change?

    Xbox one YouTube App issue

    The YouTube app just keeps crashing as soon as I start it. It shows the YouTube logo then goes back to home screen. PLZ Help.

    Did you try uninstalling the Youtube app an reinstalling it? It might help.

    i got the same problem with the xbox one s..keeps crashing after switching between apps and games...mostly when i'm useing or have used youtube and then go back to game its crashes 99% of the time...but not only with youtube but its the most common

    Xbox one S random crashes

    Some have this problem with the youtube app that seems to cause crashing and some may have this from a bug in an insiders preview build.

    Otherwise, the only causes of this would be a game/app crash, overheating or a failing power supply.
