Youtube app issues

Hi there,Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the YouTube app? Most times I can't use it because it literally goes into splitscreen on its own. The sounds still there but the picture is split. This started happening a few months back, after an update. Tried deleting the app and installing it again but its not the working.

Please, reset your console.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi Liam have you tried power cycling down your console unplugging the power adapter and replugging in the adapter after 30-40 seconds it could be that temporary memory is causing the issue or the app has corrupted in some way if that doesn't help you fix
the problem i would also report this to @youtube via twitter and mention it to them also.

Hello Liam,

Thank you for keeping us updated. What troubleshooting have you tried aside from reinstalling the game? I recommend signing out of the youtube app and then re-logging in. If that doesn't work, let us know everything you've tried and we'll try to fill in
the blanks.

Well yeah, mytube is making a nice replacement. But this still doesn't change the fact of the matter that the youtube app should not be behaving in this manner.

From my point of view is way better than the YouTube's app.
