youtube app issues

Yeah so last night it randomly signed me out and x'd out the app, I tried restarting it to get the stupid code, now I can't even load in the app It's just infinitely stuck on the youtube launch screen with the goddamn circle spinning. I've kept it like this for hours with 0 change, **** is the issue. I've uninstalled, I've reset. I've done every single possible thing.

Please, reset your console.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi Liam have you tried power cycling down your console unplugging the power adapter and replugging in the adapter after 30-40 seconds it could be that temporary memory is causing the issue or the app has corrupted in some way if that doesn't help you fix
the problem i would also report this to @youtube via twitter and mention it to them also.

Hello Liam,

Thank you for keeping us updated. What troubleshooting have you tried aside from reinstalling the game? I recommend signing out of the youtube app and then re-logging in. If that doesn't work, let us know everything you've tried and we'll try to fill in
the blanks.

Well yeah, mytube is making a nice replacement. But this still doesn't change the fact of the matter that the youtube app should not be behaving in this manner.
