YouTube app is not loading

When I launch YouTube, it just give me blank screen. No error message appear, just blank screen. I tried to go back to home and it won't let me. System completely freeze up. The only way to get out of it is restart the console. I tried re-downloading
app and even resetting my console and still getting the same issue. Please help.

X-360 apps

I use my Xbox 360 mainly for apps such as Youtube.

But for over a week now the Youtube app is the ONLY app not loading videos.

TWC 15 mg up and running fine. So I called XBCS. Twice.. Both times we trouble shot the problem to no avail.

Is anyone else having problems loading videos via the xbox 360 using the Youtube app?

Check you local xbox live status. For the moment there is a general issue going on that afflicts gaming and applications like you tube.

As of now xbox live service informs: It’s come to our attention that some of you are seeing a black screen when attempting to launch games and applications. Hang in there, Xbox members, we’re on it! Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve this

You can bypass the black screen by logging out of your gamertag, launching the game/app and then signing back in to your gamertag.

I just I countered this problem of getting the "unable to load channel" when I click on "upload" in the YouTube app. I think I may still have the old YouTube app. How can I fix this so I can use the upload feature in the YouTube app.

I know the problem your having.

I had the same when the new cod droped and got that black screen. About a week later it stoped.

have you tryed to deinstall and reinstall the app?
