Youtube App For Xbox One Not Refreshing Videos After Update

I tried the power cycle and the uninstall and reinstall. Nothing worked. The only way to refresh the recommended list is to exit the app and restart it. I agree with the OP that it is unusable in this state.

Did you try the hard reset and power cycle mentioned above by the ambassador? This is important to try as well as it fully reboots your console.

Since it is also affecting your TiVo I suggest checking your Network Settings and running network tests and a detail network statistics test just to make sure you are properly connected to Xbox Live.

No ... I am not part of the insider program. I will try to reinstall. I noticed it is doing the same thing on my Tivo also. I don't believe it is an xbox one console problem because of this.
