Youtube app fix

Discus and support Youtube app fix in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Ok so I just spent an hour with chat support and they were unable to resolve this issue.     Youtube app fix


    Ok so I just spent an hour with chat support and they were unable to resolve this issue. Well I managed to resolve it myself so perhaps this will help someone else out. If your youtube app is not functioning on xbox 360 live and you're getting that generic
    "Sorry, youtube isn't available right now. please try again later....." Ok this is how I fixed it. Don't just go to the youtube app and click on delete. Manually go into your system settings, memory and manually delete all versions of the youtube app....I
    had 6 on my HD. I deleted all 6, turned off my console, powered back up, signed back into xbox live and then redownloaded the youtube app. Problem solved, hope this helps somebody.

    Managed to get the cheevo to pop watching Eminem Stan, I had to like the video, then dislike it, then re like it and it worked sound

    This is a known problem with youtube and the problem is at youtube until its fixed the best way is to use the youtube app on xbox

    Sick of xbox not working, today is no you tube day,

    You do realize that the apps are not run or maintained by Microsoft, right? The YouTube app is made, run, and supported by YouTube. Microsoft Support will do what they can to get things going, which typically will entail them working with the owner of the
    app (in this case YouTube) to fix the issue.
