youtube app acting like i have no youtube account

for youtube u can use the youtube app and for the internet problem, try to delete the app and clear cache . redownload app. also IE on xbox can not act like a normal pc broswer, no flash support , u can try to change the settings to mobile mode for websites

youtube and the youtube app is owned by google, you want to watch it you have to sign in or link the youtube app to your google account, using netflix requires you to login and it auto registers the app your using to your account, like with many other apps,
if you don't like it then don't use it, if you watch youtube on the pc you still have to login to prove your age which then registers your pc to your google account.

A Youtube music app for xbox is what are you asking for? It is something that is in the hands of MS. And considering as Google usually act, I think it is a lot that we can use the normal Youtube application.

Anyway have you tried other alternatives to Spotify, like Soundcloud or Deezer, maybe they fit better whit your needs!

YouTube, and other sites, as of late have been experiencing issues that have been causing these problems. The only fix I have found for times like that would be to sign out of YouTube. (Just the account, not the app.)
