Youtube and its Adverts.

Good evening fellow Xbox Users,

Just noticed this evening after watching a few Youtube videos, that the "Skip advert in 5, 4 , 3 , 2 , 1 " button has gone now...

Therefore having to watch a whole 30 second advert. (which really at the time after watching the same advert over and over is a very long time)

Anyone else noticed this button going walkabouts?

I was wondering about the adverts. Thats why I never choose VEVO content on YouTube. Crappy adverts.

 

Still there for me.

Think it depends on who's channel it is.

 

quick way to pass that is when the ad plays, press y to search them immediately press b to go back to the video, should skip it if they've not changed it that is.

 

That's a great way to skip and I also think it depends on the uploader, some videos have no adverts at all

 

Its up to the channel provider still...

They can decide the monetisation systems they allow...

The move to in show sponsorship product placements means a lot of channels can turn off Google adsense for payment...

The google adverts only payed the channel if you watch the hole advert...

So if you skip its not going to be a suprise that they turn off the skip button on there channel...
