Youth Restriction on adult account?

Have you tried creating an adult profile and adding the profile to the family?

Check out these articles: Add a new member to your family on Xbox One and

Change your child’s Xbox privacy and online safety settings.

If the issue persists, another option would be to fill out the
Age verification form.
You can submit proof of age by filling out the Age verification Request.



After submitting this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request will be included. Please do not submit
multiple requests. You can expect an email response within 3 days.

You may also request a callback and a support agent will be able to see if the account is a child account.

so I just created a 2nd account and managed to put this account in the family as an adult.

Now everything on xbox.com seems to work, but in Forza I still get the same error message when

trying to do stuff like buying paintjobs or using the auctioneer.

It wasn't an age problem, my Birthday in my account is set to 1990.

EDIT: I just recognized that I'm now getting outlogged every few Minutes on XBox Windows 10. That has never occured before.

When you made the account you may not have used your real age, or entered something wrong without realizing it. The problem is once an age is set it's really hard to change, It's possible but takes time. If you're listed as a child though, it's really really
hard to change things since there are protocols in place to prevent kids from changing their age to bypass things. You may want to speak to someone directly about this as suggested.

so today the logout error seems to have gone, at least I havent been loged out since I booted up.

I will put an Edit in this comment when I figured out what to do with the Forza error.
