Youth Academy Crash

Anyone else having this issue in Manager mode where you can't view your youth academy without the game crashing to the dashboard?

PLEASE HELP! I Have a top CB with 98 potential just stuck there!

Actually a couple of questions. First, say I have a goalie who's 16 and has an overall of 47-65, how can I increase his overall to his potential which is 65-91? Do I just play him or does putting him on the reserves raise anything? Are there certain requirements
that need to be made for his overall to advance towards his potential?

 

I can't even find the youth academy.where is it?

 

hahahaha I had that problem too! Its under the Office tab. Far right panel should be the Youth Scout and if you move the right stick it will highlight the youth academy.

 

I have the exact same problem too. I cannot access the youth academy and I'm on my second season. Whenever I try and access it, i go back to the dashboard. This is starting to frustrate me to be honest. If someone has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated
if you could share it with us please.

 

Me too man! I started over a new season (I'm keeping my academy smaller in hopes thats one way to avoid the issue entirely) but I'm holding onto my other save just in case someone somehow finds a work around. I've tried everything! reinstalling the game,
hard reset of my xbox one, etc. etc.

 

Let's hope EA releases a patch soon to fix this!!!
