    I've been trying to watch the anime I purchased on X-box live but on the Microsoft main website, under my account name and I get this message. I would think this is an error code but it's weird and when I copied it to here it shows $ instead of (.....) which
    is also weird. I'm not sure what to make of it but I would think my account is compromised; if I can't watch my videos and only doing so just on one website with nothing else playing or being ran. This is the full message:

    You're already streaming somewhere else. To play this, first stop one of your other streams.

    I have also checked my account to see if anyone else is on and tracked my usage but nothing out of the ordinary. I also have changed my password and still I get this message every so often; before and after the password change.

    My account is signing in somewhere else

    Is your account on someone else's console. If it is and they have the login credentials or it is set to log in automatically then it will sign you out when they log you in. Let us know. Good Luck!!

    today I was trying to play but every like 5 mins. there was a message that said that my account has been loged in somewhere else and this kick me out of the match,

    any suggestion to solve it?

    Hello Devin, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your consoles.

    It may be possible that there's something a little odd with the setup but it should be relatively simple to fix.

    First, please make sure that your account is set as Home on your son's console if you're game sharing with him. If all looks good there then the issue may be if your account is set to log in automatically on your son's console when he turns it on.

    To fix this you can go into your sons console settings and make sure that it's set to sign him in automatically when he turns on the console.

    Once all is set up properly you can delete your gamertag from your sons console as it would not be needed if the account is set as Home.

    I would change your login details to see if that will clear things up. If somebody else has your login details, they can cause some real problems and even get your account banned.

    Agreed. I wish they'd acknowledge a problem here. I'm very careful online, don't sign up for random things or click links in e-mails (especially the junk e-mail accounts I use for things like Live) etc. so I definitely was not phished. My info was compromised
    somewhere be it MS, EA or somewhere else linked to the account (can't think of anything else that would be linked up unless my hotmail just got hacked--but Live is the only place I've had any fraud issues).

    Hi NhraRacer,

    Could you post the model receiver that you're using? Perhaps someone else had a similar issue. Do you have something else you could test this with? As you're getting some sound, it's working. We would just need to figure out if it's a compatibility thing,
    or another setting somewhere.

    Finally which optical setting are you using bit stream or stereo uncompressed? If you're using bit stream I would definitely try the stereo uncompressed option.
