    My son and I just started getting this message today when we try to load up a game. We each have our own Series X, pay for Game Pass Ultimate, and have designated each others X as "home xbox" for game sharing. But only one of us can play games at once and the other gets kicked off the game.

    What's going on? This even happens whe I try to play a physical game disc.

    If he is playing cloud games that would be why

    Only the subscriber can use cloud and roam

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Kindly go to his Xbox console and make sure that your account is not set to "Auto sign in". Please follow the steps below:

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & System > Settings.

    Under Account, select Sign-in, security & PIN.

    Select Change my sign-in & security preferences"

    Ask your son to do this on your Xbox console as well for his account.

    Once all done, make sure to hit the sign-out button, and ask your son to do it as well.

    Will the Xbox Series X work on a 1080p TV?

    Yes, The Xbox Series X will play at 1080p fine, but the Xbox Series X is a 4K gaming console,

    If you're not planning to upgrade to a 4K TV / Monitor, I'd say it not worth getting the Series X in my opinion, you're much better off with the Xbox Series S as that is a 1080p / 1440p gaming console and you'll save some money if you're staying at 1080p,

    It will be backward compatible on Xbox Series X, pretty sure of it :)

    The team is working on full BC on the next gen console
    If you're expecting 'Full BC' on the Series X you're going to be disappointed. The Series X is set to run pretty much all Xbox One games and only the games from the Xbox 360 and original that have already been made BC.

    To get full BC would require a full software emulator, that's unlikely to happen.
