    I have had this message for a week, it cannot be turned off, I changed my password and reset the consoles, turned on two-step logging, logged out the devices from the account and nothing. Anyone had such a problem? help

    This could be because you are using cloud gaming in the same console or using a PC to play or a mobile device, you can try login out of all devices, including the console, after that power cycle the console and download the account again

    You can't use the same profile on 2 consoles at the same time, each one should have his own Xbox account, you can share the games on 2 consoles by using the home Xbox feature, but the third console will need to purchase the games/suscription again, on disc games this doesn't apply as you can use the disc on any of the consoles

    Hello Devin, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your consoles.

    It may be possible that there's something a little odd with the setup but it should be relatively simple to fix.

    First, please make sure that your account is set as Home on your son's console if you're game sharing with him. If all looks good there then the issue may be if your account is set to log in automatically on your son's console when he turns it on.

    To fix this you can go into your sons console settings and make sure that it's set to sign him in automatically when he turns on the console.

    Once all is set up properly you can delete your gamertag from your sons console as it would not be needed if the account is set as Home.
