I don't get these emails for some reason even though I'm signed up and get others from Xbox.

 

I've been with Xbox since 2008 on this profile, first profile was 2005 but lost access to it.

I've spent 1,979 hours gaming on XBL, which puts me in the top 1%.

My XB1 gamerscore is 19,030, which puts me in the top 1%

I've unlocked 832 achievements, which puts me in the top 1%.

I've played 25% of the total amount of games available on the XB1.

I have not had an email for the stats but if / when I do, I will post back. I would be pretty curious so see what I have hit

 

. I am a day one buyer, stood in line for 12 hours to friggen get the system. (worth it) and have been an xbox live user for the last 6 years. I received no email. What I did get was a message from xbox live on my xbox saying they are going to give me Limbo
for free on Xbox live. WTF xbox, you're going to give me an old xbox 360 game for the One, I already get the free game for gold. I would rather have gotten my email than play a game for 1. don't have room on my hard drive because with GTA5, DAI, FC4 and ACU,
they filled it up, and 2. Have it for 360 and never played it 3 Twitter says all day one user got this email as well?

Perhaps you opted out of receiving such emails, or it went into your spam folder?

If the top box isn't checked on this page, then that's probably why you didn't get it: -

I keep the top one checked, then uncheck the other one as I don't want emails from third parties.

 

No they are checked. I've always opted in but still nothing. Got the code for Limbo though. Anyone get the free movie downloads? I checked and it still wants me to pay for them.
