    Your Xbox Requires Customer Service


    My ORIGINAL Xbox is stating "Your Xbox Requires Service. Please call xbox costumer support.". I called and they could not help me, told me to post here. My Xbox went unused for years. Just now pulling it out of storage to use it again with my children.

    Original X-Box Help..... PLEASE!!!

    My original X-Box console automatically goes to an error page as soon as it comes on. It reads, "Your Xbox requires service. Please call Xbox Customer Support." and in the top, left-hand corner, the number "07" is displayed. Can someone please help me figure
    this out seeing as how Xbox Customer Support no longer services the original X-Box.....

    My Account was FIFA 12 Hacked... and now I AM PERMANENTLY LOCKED WITH NO APPEAL? How is that fair?

    And a lock should require a call to customer service. Just about every service I have EXCEPT MS does that.

    "Original" Xbox? You mean the first Xbox console from 2001?

    If so, all forms of support for out-of-warranty original Xbox consoles
    ended back in March 2009    . They do not service these old consoles anymore.

    You are basically left to your own devices into getting that console back in working order. I'd wager that either the DVD-ROM drive or the hard drive has malfunctioned. They're often the first components to go.

    I would suggest getting in touch with xbox customer support. It sounds like a technical issue with the console that may require servicing.
