Your Xbox live billing account

Hello,

Been trying to purchase using Paypal / Credit Card on my Xbox 360 but been unable to do so, I get the following message:

Your Xbox live billing account has been locked from making purchases.

Status Code 80153021

I contacted Local support (Mexico) by chat and they told me that this is because supposedly (I totally DO NOT acknowledge this) transactions for purchases were cancelled from my bank, for what I understand as if I would purchase something and then call the
bank for reporting the transaction as not recognized to cheat/rob you.

AS IF, xbox purchases clearly appear as such in the bank purchase history, and for a transaction to be cancelled I need to call the bank support service and explicitly tell them I do not recognize this or that charge.

I've been told the only way now for me to purchase something is by gift card.... or by using a different Microsoft account which is a HUGE pain, I have many things not only related to Microsoft, associated to my email account, I do not want to change it, I
demand this ridiculous lock be removed from my account.

Do whatever you need to research (locate the cancelled transactions if necessary) because as far as I can tell, I'VE NEVER cancelled any of my purchases online for my MS Account and this is a Mistake on your part.

Please fix it.

How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

Overview

It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

 

So...can you really not buy Xbox Live with Microsoft points?!

No one here in this Public forums is going to be able to help you. The only people that have access to your account information would be xbox support which you have already talked to.

Now you can sign into your account at commerce.microsoft.com and view your purchase history to see what they may be talking about.

 

Hello, I had reviewed my purchase history already, all transactions have "completed" status, which is why I think this is a mistake on Their part, I published this here because I thought there was Microsoft people working here who could help as the support
I contacted didn't gave any solutions, I'm trying to escalate this, as my problem was not resolved.
