"your xbox is out of space for saved data" message

As the title insists, I've been receiving a messages saying"Your xbox is out of space for saved data...(0x80830003)" followed with some vague instructions, emphasising I need to managed my game's saved data. in response, I delete 14% of all storage, by deleting games I longer play, and removing 2 accounts from the saved data area of the game in question, the result.... nothing. I deleted around 10GBs of saved data (2 accounts worth), 14% of my overall storage, and I'm still not getting any saved data. I need a solution, I've heard a soft reset is the way, but I remain skeptical.

And as the full factory reset didn't worked for you, maybe it's related

I am not using an insider build or beta OS in my console.

I tried factory resetting the console, but it did not work in the end. I also tried power-cycling the console, and that did not work either.

If I were to delete cloud storage, would that permanently delete my game progress? I really don't want to lose my progress, but I guess I will if I have to.
