    Awful website. Lots of get help buttons but every click say " sorry something has gone wrong on our end please refresh. No lie, I've clicked 20 links, typed my details in. and every time an error on your side.

    I need assistance with a warranty claim. I feel you make this difficult deliberately. I called you up and all options pointed back to your broken website. You have to have a talk with a human option on the phone you just have to, you are one of the biggest companies in the world...

    I know you have us over a barrel but do better.

    And all your categories below... and not one for your website. maybe that's why it is as broken as it is.

    This is a community based forum so we don't work for Microsoft. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually work.

    Okay, I had a similar issue, and it can be that the Power Suppy is broken or the console is broken.

    Before we panic about your console being broken let's try one thing.

    Unplug EVERYTHING and leave it for 30 seconds or 1 minute.

    Plug it DIRECTLY to a power source (don't use extenders, or multi power sockets). Try to turn on the console connected directly to the wall...

    If it works, YAY! You can keep using your console.

    If it does not work, please have a chat with the costumer support, and they will give you the best option to help with your case.

    Xbox 360 download history link is broken.

    The history link is not broken, it redirects because they removed the history link, so you can no longer goto your download history on the website. The only way is using an Xbox 360.
