    Your website is crap nothing support related works. Going round in circles, cant contact you


    Cant redeem a gold membership code as it says i already have gold membership. I do NOT otherwise i wouldn't have gone and bought another friggin code and i would be able to play online without being prompted to buy a code!!!

    Tried every avenue to contact you and nothing works. My browser is upto date. Very frustrated i can't get help anywhere.

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. You would have to contact the retailer for an exchange.
