This website is completely unusable and is flawed. Just found out that I received a communication suspension for a message that I didn't break any of the code of conduct. This is the only message I replied to last night, shown in this screenshot that shows
someone calling me a hacker and i asked him how i was hacking, He then said he was joking and I said to him Good game and well played and I receive a communication suspension for good sportsmen ship.

I tried to apply for a review on the enforcement website, But every time I clicked on agree and continue, it would bring me back to the previous page and I wasn't able to apply for one. Microsofts website is completely unusable and the system is flawed and
only supports the people who abuse their system.

Please fix your broken website Microsoft.

You can make your voice heard via the
Xbox Feedback site. I'm sure you can find a topic on there about rep. If there are more than one, try to find the one with the most votes and tack your post and vote onto that.

i support you Happyfoal424029 100% and think the system is not reviewed at all they say it is reviewed but 100% sure its a auto system and ban people for no reason what so ever just for sending a normal message has happen to me and most of my friends and
family system is abused by users on xbox and i think Microsoft actually needs to step up and do something about it like if you look at his message and do your jobs he is not breaking any code of conduct.

You do realize that a it takes days to weeks before any report is actioned on

Thats.the point of anonymous rrports

You don't get feedback nor can you retailiate against said users

if you have issues with the website you gotta use a different browser and clear your cookies and cache

Since communications suspensions are clear cut not sure what you can say since you don't actually know what exactly words got you suspended since it could be weeks ago

 

Most communication suspension are instant from an automated system.

Also I have tried with 3 different browsers and have cleared the cookies with ccleaner.

MIcrosofts website is broken and is unusable, They simply don't care about anything that they make.

It's not an automated system you just don't get it

It can be from weeks ago

And the posted picture isn't an communication suspendable event

Again they do not tell you if they report you unless they brag about it

Even then it doesn't garentee you will be suspended based on that report

It could also have been past communications or you left other stuff out

Again they do not tell you what or when you incuree thenviolation

If you have issues with the site use a different browser

Firefox or ie or edge see the best option but with communication suspensions it's pretty clear cut

Since you can't really dispute it since you don't actually know what happened or when the offence occured

Even if he said he reported you it may not have been that

Should be noted voice char is also included in communication

 

keep it clean it's not rocket science

And there is no stature of limitations on past offences

 

Not true.No enforcement actions are automated.Every report is investigated by a person before any action is taken.
