Your update has stuffed my kids Xbox

please help.

The Xbox has been requesting an update which would never go through always failing on the verify screen. It means they can never use their device online. We decided to factory reset but still the device will not update getting stuck on the same point but
no they can’t play on it at all. This device is just over a year old.

The error code is not listed in any of your support documents and I can not find a support call number for your company on the website.

Ok, This is starting to become quite annoying!

Even before the recent update, I would lose my connection to servers on a regular occurrence. Now to add insult to injury, when in orbit, I get a red launch screen for about two minutes. & on top of this, when I try to do vanguard tiger, The "evaluating
players" circle in top l/h screen shows 0/0?

I have tried logging out & restarting the X1, to no avail.

Do these devs even test their updates, or just throw them out there? (no response required, just venting)

I am getting all sorts of error messages which dont appear on Bungie.net? Name a fruit & I have had it. Name an animal, & I have had that also....

I also tried resating my modem, which did nothing..

Im starting to get over this very quickly ,& may be forced to abandon a game I really enjoy playing,

My destiny may be coming to a close, especially, as other great games are coming soon.

Just got another"prune" error message, as I type!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I've been having similar issues before this patch.. and before the recent live problems.. Constantly being disconnected from destiny mid strike and multiple times right at the end of a strike when finishing the last boss.. So frustrating wasting 20-30 minutes
in a strike then getting 0 rewards for it b/c of whatever connection issues there are. Also, i've done all of the same things with turning xbox off, reset modem, etc... definitely not on my end as my regular internet or other games ever have this issue. Its
to the point where i don't even want to play just because im constantly wasting time..
