Official Microsoft Accessories

1. The Elite Controller is seriously overpriced, it's a cheap plastic thingy. If it wasn't cheap, Microsoft wouldn't only be giving a 90 day warranty to Americans. It's even more expensive than a brand new Kinect!

2. Wireless adaptor is quite cheap.

3. Wireless chatpad keyboard for controller, without relying on your phone which only works half the time. This adds convenience as Xbox Smartglass doesn't always get it right. But it is rather expensive. Microsoft charges only NZ$49 for an Xbox 360 chatpad
2 years ago. But more for an Xbox 1 chatpad?

4. Vertical stand for Xbox 1S. Sony charges $10 more for their PS4 Pro stand. Microsoft only like $29.

5. $64.95 for a Kinect Adaptor? Something which Xbox 1S and maybe Xbox Scorpio, will experience as unlike the original Xbox 1 console, it doesn't have a dedicated Kinect port. Kinect is a lot of fun. But several people are dissing it, ignoring the numerous
features it offers.

It's good though to see their Accessories List has grown since Xbox 1 launched.

Thoughts on an Xbox One printer?

Hmmm... what are your thoughts on an Xbox One printer accessory? Think it can work?

 

Can't bring up configure menu in xbox accessories app (windows), anybody got a fix for this?

It looks like the components of your Xbox accessories app was corrupted. We need to gather more information about the issue by answering the following questions below:

1. Have you done any changes on your system?

2. Have you tried to update your controller?

3. Have you tried re-installing your Xbox accessories app?

 

Well the only Xbox One accessories I can talk about are the updated controller (bluetooth and regular headphone jack) and the wireless adaptor (as bluetooth connection won't work on Windows 8.1.)

They're great. Both are well built, easy to connect to your PC and are recognised by default in most games. To be honest though I think I prefer my wired Xbox 360 controller, there is just something about the triggers on the One controller that feel off to
me but I'm guessing that will change as I use them more.

 

The one accessory that I have and love is the media remote. It's compact, backlit, and, when given to non-gaming spouses, even has marriage-saving capabilities! That, or maybe more accurately, serves to ensure my Xbox One's status in our media room.

I don't have any of the accessories you've listed, but I have at times coveted an Elite Controller. For my gaming style it would probably be overkill, but maybe someday I'll spring for one when/if the price drops. From the feedback of others, I do have
concerns over its durability.
